Agar me ek line me equity ko explain karu to - equity ka sidhasa matlab hota hai ki aap ki company me app  kitne % ki hesa dare hai ya bhir app kitne % company ke malikana hak rakh te hai .

Example ke sath samj the hai ki equity kya hote hai or hum kis tarah se yese samaj sakte hai .aap sochiye ke aap ke dost ne ak company start ke or his company ka ab tak ka pura ownership huska tha per huse apne company ko expand karna hai per expend karne ke liye paise ke jarurat hogi.

Debt mostly two types ke hote hai one is good debt and another one is bad debt .ko company ko run karne ke liye bahut paise ki jarurat hoti hai to akser companies banks se loan le lete hai  or yese hi debt kaha te hai . it’s called as  debt to equity .
